'Bruh! I've been waiting on you all year, why you taking so long though!?' those were my exact thoughts after seeing Days Gone game play trailer for E3 2017, and if you're still into Zombies and post apocalyptic worlds (assuming you haven't had enough) and you saw last year's Days Gone E3 Trailer, then you definitely share those same sentiments. The dystopian third person adventure from Bend Studios looks like a true winner, its got a likable protagonist and the graphics look straight up amazing, however it does really, really look like a The Last of Us (TLOU) ripoff, with very similar game play (shooting and melee), a similar theme song, not to mention a similarly familiar world, as parts of the game like TLOU, will take place in the wilderness and abandoned settlements, (I could have sworn it was from Naughty Dog) it does have some distinctions though; the player rides a motorbike which hopefully will be used to traverse the open world, the zombies (or whatever they are) are more like World War Z, and there's also an element of setting up zombies against rival factions, like we did in the TLOU's left behind DLC (not so distinctive after all) However I still want to play it, it looks great and I'll willingly give them my money to ride that motorbike while listening to solemn country music.
